As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely, the health and safety of our members, staff and communities remain our highest priority. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to reduce in-person contact, C&O United will provide drive-thru services only beginning March 19, 2020. Lobby service will be available by appointment only. If you need assistance with your accounts, you may contact our office by phone to schedule an appointment. Drive-thru hours are: Mon. – Thur. 8:30 – 5:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 6:00.
In addition to using the drive-thru at the hours stated, our team is available to assist you by phone at 859-331-3447 or 800-964-8205.
